Oregon Medical Group’s Chase Gardens Medical Center is conveniently located in Eugene, near I-5 and 105, about halfway between Autzen Stadium and the Gateway area of Springfield. Chase Gardens includes primary care — adult medicine and pediatrics — as well as several specialty care providers, including Osteopaths, Ear, Nose, and Throat, Internal Medicine, and our Anticoagulation Clinic.

For continuity of care and patient convenience, OMG has an on-site lab and diagnostic imaging at this location. Imaging includes ultrasound, digital X-ray, and 3D mammography.
