Dr. Chance earned a medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and completed an internship and residency training at the University of Rochester in Rochester, N.Y. Dr. Chance is board certified in pediatric and internal medicine, and his medical areas of interest include preventative care, children with special needs, and sports physicals. Dr. Chance also serves as OMG's Chief Medical Officer, a role he's been in since 2019.

When not practicing medicine, Dr. Chance enjoys tennis, hiking, camping, and spending time with his wife and three children.
