Jonny earned a bachelor's degree from Azusa Pacific University and a doctorate degree from the University of Iowa. He is a certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is pursuing a certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. His medical areas of interest include working in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation for all ages of patients.
Jonny enjoys staying active through sports including basketball, soccer, and running as well as hiking and other outdoor activities. He will always be an Iowa Hawkeye at heart, but he is proud to now be a Duck fan and a part of the Eugene community.
