Carrie earned a bachelor's degree from the School of Allied Health Professionals and a master's degree from Loma Linda University. She is a certified hand therapist (CHT), certified to use the Graston (R) instruments for assisted soft tissue mobilization, and has a certificate in Kinesiotaping. Her medical areas of interest include sensation, biomechanics of the thumb, workstation ergonomics, and custom splinting.
When she is not seeing patients at Country Club Road she is running, hiking – and most recently backpacking, (especially to discover waterfalls), keeping track of her wonderful daughters, leading a worship team with her husband and friends, or curling up with a good book.
