National Women’s Health Week: Reminders for Your Health
The week of May 14 was designated as National Women’s Health Week. Though timed to coincide with Mother’s Day, it’s important to recognize that women’s health applies to women of all ages, with or without children. The physical and mental health and wellness needs of women vary over a lifetime, but healthy eating, physical activity, regular check-ups and attentiveness to mental health apply no matter what age.
