Jessica Ellis, MD
Dr. Ellis earned a medical degree from University of Iowa College of Medicine. She completed residency training at Genesis Quad Cities in Davenport, Iowa, and fellowship training at South Bend Primary Care Sports Medicine in Indiana. Dr. Ellis is board certified in sports medicine and family medicine, and her areas of interest include overuse and acute injuries involving the muscle, bone, tendon or ligaments in the active population, non-operative fracture care, symptom management for osteoarthritis, decision making in regards to return to play decisions in the competitive athlete, issues unique to endurance and throwing abilities, ultrasound-guided injections, exercise as medicine and preventing future injuries by addressing correctable risk factors.
In her personal time, Dr. Ellis enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, photography and track/field.
