Originally from St. Louis, Pat Rafferty, RPh, PharmD, is committed to patient-centered care, with clinical interests in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and anticoagulation management.

Pat believes that meaningful change in health is always possible and is honored to partner with patients to uncover their motivation for change and help them achieve their goals. Patients describe Pat as compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to meet them where they are in their health journey.

Outside of work, Pat enjoys gardening, cooking, and baking.
