OMG SuperHeroes!

Two Oregon Medical Group team members were selected for national recognition by our team at Optum. Ellen Shelton and Remington Lewis were nominated by their coworkers and confirmed as SuperHeroes in January. This is an honor that’s reflective of our whole team and their dedication to our patients. It takes a lot of smart and compassionate people to keep our clinics caring for patients and running smoothly and we are so proud to have those from our team recognized!

The 2021 SuperHeroes Award recognizes team members who demonstrate compassion and resilience, foster inclusion and create simple, personal experiences for the people they serve and one another. 6,000 people were nominated and 400 were selected. They represent a wide range of healthcare positions and locations, including Ireland, India, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Brazil,  Colombia and the United States.

Ellen and Remington were recognized for:
