Oregon Medical Group’s After Hours clinics are designed to provide care for those instances that don’t warrant an emergency room visit, but that need attention before you can get into your provider’s office. Our After Hours clinics are staffed by providers from across the Oregon Medical Group clinics, promising you the same warmth and expertise that we pride ourselves on in our neighborhood locations. Your visit, outcomes and any need for follow-up are immediately shared with your established Primary Care Provider. Not an Oregon Medical Group patient? We offer After Hours care at our conveniently located Crescent Medical Clinic.
NOW Immediate Care/After Hours at Crescent is open every day. Hours are typically 8am to 8pm. In rare cases we will close early for national holidays and in extreme weather events, please refer here for any alerts.
Common reasons to be seen at After Hours include:
Sore throat
Cough
Congestion
Fever
Rash
UTI
Injuries (Call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest Emergency Room for life-threatening or acute injuries.)
